The main destination countries are China and Cambodia, but there are other destination countries within Asia as well. Vietnam is also a recipient country for trafficked persons from Cambodia and serves as a transit country for Chinese children to Cambodia . Our beautician school provides young women a skill to earn income for themselves. We have been operating since 2008 with a grant donation from the “Cecil Stephens Foundation”. The girls typically stay for 6 to 9 months of training until they are confident enough to venture out. We’ve had over 100 young women graduate from our program with 1 opening up her own beauty shop in Vietnam.
